5 tips for a fresh start in the New Year

1. Review your BAA

Notifications give you the freedom to focus on tasks without worrying about missing a patient. Choose to get notifications wherever you are most likely to see them—and turn the rest off! 

Free accounts have browser notifications so that even if you’re on a different web page, you instantly know when a patient is ready to start their call.

4. Check your telehealth analytics

Make informed decisions with the help of analytics. Stay on track this year when you use usage analytics and meeting history data.

Understanding your telehealth usage can help you plan ahead. For example, you can better plan for certain trends, like a rise in visits around certain times of the year.

Curious to know exactly how many telehealth calls you’ve had? The usage page shows your:

  • Total number of sessions
  • Telehealth minutes
  • Average session time

You can break this information down into the past seven days, each month, and more.

Meeting history data

The meeting history tab shows all meeting history for your telehealth account. This information can be exported into a CSV.

This information can be helpful for documentation, billing, and insurance purposes.
